Make Tianas Cycling Dream Come True

 Update: 3-12-09

Sponsors

We want to share with you what has happened with Tiana’s Cycling Dream. As you may already know we have a project named “Making a cycling Dream Come True” our fist junior athlete is Tiana Row. Thanks to all of you that donated for Tiana’s Dream.  We finally got Tiana a new bike. By donating you are now one of Tiana's sponsor. She is very happy and has already shown a big improvement. She has really followed her coaching instructions provided by Alex Estrada from World Cycles and it is really showing on her performance.

Tiana has completed two races since we started with her dream. And currently holds the leader jersey for the SoCal Interscholastic Cycling League see: SoCalDirt.org for more details.

Tianas dream is staring to take shape, but she still can use some more help on equipment and money for transportation to the events. If you haven’t sponsored Tiana you can do it now.

All of us have dreams, but how many get the chance to turn our dream into reality? For everybody this would be a magical moment in their lives, but for a child or a young adult it can have an even greater impact. Each time a Dream Come True brings a smile to the faces of the children and young adults. We would like to bring some positive motivation and happiness into a life, even if it is for a moment. No dream is too big or too small. Let’s help someone's cycling dream come true by making a donation or sponsoring a cycling Dream. Please let us know if you have someone that you would like to help make a Dream Come True.

Tiana's Dream

"I have a dream of becoming an exceptional racer so I can be role model and help other kids learning how to ride their bikes and help them keep out of trouble. Just as cycling is done for me"

About Tiana

My name is Tiana. I would love become a role model so I can help other kids learn how to ride their bikes and help them keep out of trouble. I am in 10th grade with a 4.1 GPA and dreams of being a world champion mountain biker. I also would love to be an Xterra world champion.

I started running cross-country in Jr. High, and finished in the top ten. I got 14th place in the league finals for cross-country. Also, I am on the varsity swim team, and will be competing in the new so-cal high school mountain biking races. I ride with my dad and his riding buddies. In the future I want to become an architect, mechanical engineer, or a psychologist so I can help people.

I competed in my first triathlon at the age of 12. I have also competed in some duathlons. Since then, I have finished second in the sport division at Vail Lake. I came in first at Snow Valley in her age group. I also qualified for nationals, and finished second in the 15-19 age group of the Xterra National Championship at Lake Tahoe.

Help Tiana make her Dream Come True

Tiana raced the whole year with a entry level not racing bicycle (heavy) and we would like to help her get into better racing equipment such a bicycle more suitable for the challenges to come. World Cycles will be the maintenance and mechanic sponsor during  2009, Vitalyte will be providing hydration for the whole year.

This is your opportunity to do something about it.  Click on the Paypal  logo and you can make a donation.  Any amount will help this worthy cause.  If you own a Company or business and wish to be a sponsor, contact Alex at World Cycles for information.
