Base Mile Saturday & Sundays
Salton Sea Century 2008
Come and join us on Saturdays and Sundays for our first
phase of our training. Base mile Saturdays and Sundays consist of easy
but long rides, this phase of the training will improve endurance and
create an aerobic base.
We did the Salton Sea Century this past Saturday October
18. The weather was great. Several WC members were present and did an
awesome job. After the event we had good food at Little H cookout. See
